The plastic injection mould shop at Sharnold Ltd has 6 injection moulding machines ranging from 35 to 100 tonne locking force and a full range of ancillary equipment.
We have experience processing all commodity, styrenic and engineering polymers. We can supply moulded plastic parts up-to 220 grams.
Short one off or long production runs are all catered for as well as regular monthly call offs.
We provide a service for insert moulding and over moulding which can help reduce component costs by eliminating costly secondary assembly operations.
The plastic injection tooling for these processes are designed and manufactured in house to best suit customer requirements and to achieve the best results possible.
All new plastic injection moulded components are checked and supplied with a detailed inspection report and certificate of material conformity when required.
